Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1+ year of data analysis, BI, reporting, or operations support experience.
• Ability to collect, organize, and present data clearly and accurately.
• Basic familiarity with data reporting tools and visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze call center data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Monitor data for anomalies and trends and communicate findings to leadership.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc customer-facing outputs with accuracy.
• Support data governance, data dictionaries, and documentation.
