Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 7+ years in data analysis, BI, or operational reporting with increasing scope.
• Experience designing performance measurement frameworks and executive-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Own performance measurement, reporting, and data governance for the Nashville IT Call Center.
• Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze call center operational data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Lead QA of site-level analytics deliverables and executive briefing materials.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive data-driven process improvements.
