Job summary

Total Millwork LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to guide millwork projects from pre-construction through installation. The role is strictly on-site at the Manassas office with occasional project-site visits across the DC/MD/VA area; no remote work.

The PM will coordinate clients, vendors, and teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets while maintaining profitability. The right candidate will have a strong background in interior finishes, construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field plus five years of experience managing millwork or interior finishes projects in commercial construction (required)
• Able to coach, discipline, train, develop others and delegate effectively.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates project personnel to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Establishes goals for project and team; leads, coaches, and develops staff.
• Reviews project status and adjusts schedules as needed; conducts weekly planning meetings.
• Prepares reports for management and clients; provides technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Manages and schedules subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with contracts.
• Monitors cash flow, change orders, and payment schedules; ensures proper documentation.
