Job summary

Total Millwork, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate project teams, manage safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance while interfacing with clients, regulators, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's in architecture/construction management and 5+ years of related experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field plus 5 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, delegation and accountability skills.
• Effective communication in English; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of interior finishes, millwork, civil construction specs.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat; ProCore or similar.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to progress on schedule and within budget.
• Establishes goals, leads the team, coaches staff, and conducts performance reviews.
• Prepares reports, conducts weekly meetings, and manages change orders.
• Manages client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and profitability.
