Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with month-end closings and financial reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting, administrative, and credit functions at location level.
• Supervise and coordinate month-end closings, order entry, receivables, and inventory/payables reconciliations.
• Manage credit extension, collection activities, and monitor customer files.
• Oversee general accounting, information systems, fixed assets, payroll, and payroll administration.
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintain GL integrity.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies.
• Interface with IT for local information systems and provide user training.
• Lead recruitment, benefit questions, onboarding, and HR documentation.
