Job summary

Boise Cascade is seeking a Millwork Administrative Technician to support inside sales, organize data, and coordinate activities for the department. The role involves preparing documents, handling inquiries, data entry, and assisting with orders and shipping of samples.

Strong emphasis on accuracy, safety and continuous improvement; candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience, with an associate degree or technical certification preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or two years of equivalent work experience.
• Associate degree or technical certification may be preferred.
• Office environment with minimal physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Support function for inside sales and related activities.
• Organize and coordinate data, information and activities for the area.
• Prepare briefs, outlines and presentations as needed from publications or documents.
• Handle mail, phone inquiries, filing and data entry.
• Assist with production labels and order-related tasks.
• Coordinate with dispatch on orders and back orders.
• Provide safety, quality and process-improvement input.
