Job summary

Well is seeking a dynamic Well Guide to join our Member Services team in Chapel Hill, NC, on-site. You will help members achieve their health goals, coach them through healthcare navigation, and respond via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.

As part of a diverse, member-first culture, you will collaborate with nurses and specialists while safeguarding sensitive data and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. The shift is 8 hours, Saturday through Wednesday.

Qualifications

• Customer experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, empathetic and professional.

• Experience with computer systems like G Suite, Ticketing, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding as a front line team member and gain professional skills.
• Build sustained relationships with members via phone, email, and chat.
• Become subject matter expert and coach in navigating healthcare and health goals.
• Coach members to engage and achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with nurses and specialists to address member needs.
• Keep all Well systems and data secure per policies and HIPAA.
