Well is a healthcare innovation company focused on engaging members and transforming workforce health. The Well Guide will build trusted relationships, coach members, and help them navigate healthcare through phone, email, and chat channels.

Reporting to the Member Services Supervisor, this full-time role emphasizes empathy, data security, and collaboration with nurses and other specialists to achieve optimal health outcomes. Start date Oct 6, 2025; modest shift 12pm–9pm.

Qualifications

• Customer experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Able to quickly and thoroughly solve problems.
• Adaptable and thrives in coaching environments.
• Eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Experience with computer systems (G Suite, Ticketing, CRM).
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an onboarding process that sets you up for success as a front line team member.
• Build sustained relationships between members and Well via phone, email, and chat.
• Become a subject matter expert and coach members navigating healthcare and health goals.
• Coach members through activities that drive engagement and health outcomes.
• Collaborate with nurses and specialists to address member needs.
• Keep all Well systems and member data secure per HIPAA policies.
