• Customer experience preferred but not required.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with g-suite, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and set you up for success as a front line member.
• Build relationships with members via phone, email, and chat.
• Become a subject matter expert to help members navigate healthcare.
• Coach members to set and achieve health goals.
• Collaborate with nurses and other specialists as needed.
• Maintain security and privacy of member data per HIPAA.
