Job summary

EdFed is seeking a Member Representative (On-Site) in Kendall to deliver exceptional member service, assist with a wide range of deposit and loan transactions, and resolve issues promptly. The role includes duties such as processing deposits/withdrawals, transfers, wire requests, card services, and Online Banking setup.

The position emphasizes identifying members' needs, making appropriate referrals to credit union products, and acting as a lobby leader to ensure efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or credit union environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to travel between branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Process wire transfers, stop payments, direct deposits, card issues, and online banking setup.
• Provide access to safe deposit boxes and complete related documentation.
• Identify member needs and refer to appropriate products and services.
• Act as lobby leader to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
• Serve as liaison for high school branches and participate in community events.
• Travel between branch locations to support staffing as needed.
• Work on Saturdays.
