Zusammenfassung

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is seeking a Meeting and Travel Administrator for our Columbus, OH location. This on-site role supports coordinating sales meetings and travel logistics, with hours 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday–Friday. Pay rate is $20-$24 per hour.

As a Kimball Midwest associate, you’ll join a growth-driven, employee-focused culture. The role requires MS Office proficiency, phone communication, and a 90-day orientation period.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years in a business or administrative environment
• Associate degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new technologies
• Ability to communicate over the phone
• Read/write small letters and numbers; perform arithmetic calculations; follow instructions
• Successful completion of a 90-day orientation period

Aufgaben

• Assist in coordinating all aspects of company sales meetings
• Assist in booking travel logistics, including hotels, flights and car rentals
• Schedule and track meetings
• Other administrative duties as assigned
