Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel seeks a service-focused LINC to support convention, meeting, and group business on-site. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between group clients, Meetings & Events, and hotel operations, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and executed with excellence.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality, events, conference services, or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of banquet operations and food & beverage service standards, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for convention, meeting, and group guests.
• Meet with Catering and Event Managers to understand group needs and updates.
• Maintain communication with meeting planners to coordinate requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
