Job summary

Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Center City is seeking a LINC coordinator to manage convention and group business, coordinating with meeting planners and hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain the BEO Bible, liaise with Catering/Conference Manager, and provide outstanding service per Loews Star Service standards; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banquet and food service techniques and standards.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to stand and move during shifts; physically capable.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate convention and group business with clients and hotel departments.
• Liaise daily with Meeting Planners to assess needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate changes in conference programs to relevant hotel teams.
• Maintain the BEO Bible and ensure documents are up-to-date.
• Produce the Outdoor Event Report and weekly Engineering walk-throughs.
• Meet with Catering/Conference Manager before and during group stays to understand needs.
