The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of related experience, strong communication, BIM/LEAN usage, and leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related construction experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications including MS Office.
• Uses BIM and LEAN technologies; ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors, and Owner representatives.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to plans; ensure drawings align with the estimate.
• Manage project budget and submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Lead and supervise engineers, assistants, and interns; prepare scope of work for trades.
• Develop reports on general conditions, labor, safety, and quality control; coordinate meetings.
