Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment in healthcare settings. The role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with relocation assistance offered.

Requirements include an Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience), plus 4+ years of service experience on electronic equipment. After-hours, on-call shifts, including weekends, are required. Second shift available.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing medical equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to work after-hours and rotate on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure hospital functionality.
• Maintain customer relationships and document work including parts used.
• Adhere to hospital and company protocols during service visits.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend on-call shifts.
