Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, Minnesota is seeking an Assembler 1 to perform a range of assembly operations for medical devices, following work instructions and drawings. The role is onsite and on a Monday-Thursday schedule from 5am to 3:30pm.

You will join a collaborative production team, contribute to daily production goals, and complete in-process quality checks while maintaining GMP guidelines and the SPNC Quality System. HS diploma required; prior medical device experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations to produce high-quality medical devices following work instructions, diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Complete in-process quality checks to ensure each product meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Operate in accordance with SOPs, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow GMPs and the SPNC Quality System.
• Accurately measure, record and document production data, including Lot History Records.
