Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operator I/Medical Assembler for a leading medical device manufacturer in Minnetonka, MN. You will assemble and test pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components using a microscope daily with strict quality controls.

The first shift runs 4:45/5 am to 3:15/3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime. Temp-to-hire; high school diploma preferred and comfortable with data capture and computers. Training and growth opportunities available, contributing to patient health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems.
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a cleanroom environment.
• Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, and related components.
• Use a microscope daily.
• Follow established procedures to ensure precision and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Communicate production issues and improvements with team and supervisors.
