Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing, production assembly, supply chain, operations, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain procedures, systems, and tools.
• Experience using microscopes to perform inspection, assembly, or quality tasks.
• Demonstrated hand dexterity and fine motor skills for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and process documentation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations from repetitive to non-repetitive tasks.
• Follow visual aids, process flows, diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
• Prepare products and components using designated tools and equipment.
• Conduct in-process and final continuity checks to verify conformance.
• Perform quality inspections in line with specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototype or experimental assemblies as needed.
• Accurately document work and follow quality and operational procedures.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety in a standing manufacturing environment.
