Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, Minnesota is seeking an Assembler 1 to perform various assembly operations for high-quality medical devices. This onsite role operates Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

You will work with quality control to meet daily goals and comply with GMPs and company SOPs. No prior experience is required, though experience in medical devices in a regulated setting is a plus. A HS diploma is required, with good reliability, attention to detail and communication skills

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required, experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative production team and work closely with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Complete in-process quality checks to ensure each product meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow equipment shutdown and lockout requirements.
• Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, and comply with GMPs and the SPNC Quality System while keeping training current.
