Job summary

USPI is seeking a detail-oriented Collector for St. Mary’s Ambulatory Surgery Center in Richmond, VA. This on-site role focuses on pursuing timely payments, patient follow-up, and ensuring accurate billing inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities include following up on outstanding balances, communicating with patients and insurers, and resolving denials while maintaining thorough documentation and collaboration with the billing team.

Qualifications
