Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding claims and patient balances to ensure timely collections.
• Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and third-party payers regarding account status and payment options.
• Research and resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection efforts and account updates.
• Collaborate with the billing team to streamline collection processes and improve financial outcomes.
