Hamilton Health Box is seeking an On-Site Clinical Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations at a local clinic. You will engage with patients for scheduling, deliver protocol-driven care per the Provider, and support preventive health initiatives while coordinating with pharmacy and referrals.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingual communication, medical assistant credentials, and ability to work with EMR systems. Travel between clinics may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Medical Assistant (Licensed MA preferred) with healthcare environment experience.
• BLS certification required prior to onboarding.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred for patient communication.

• Collaborate with departments to provide care and programs.
• Schedule and complete follow-up exams and return-to-work evaluations.
• Coordinate referrals and document progress in medical records.
• Lead health education and health fairs as needed.
• Register patients in EMR and document visits.
• Travel between local clinics may be required.
