Job summary

Novus Group in Trafford, PA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for an on-site, full-time role. You will support direct patient care, prepare exam rooms, and handle administrative duties in a day-shift setting (7:00 AM–5:30 PM; no weekends).

Starting pay is $18.59–$20.93 per hour, with potential to progress to $27.96 per hour over time with performance and tenure. A High school diploma and active MA/CNA/LPN/EMT certification are required; EPIC/Medipac knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification: Completion of formal training in MA, CNA, LPN, EMT or related clinical programs with active certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: check schedules, organize patient flow, assist patients with mobility, and room patients.
• Collect histories, take vital signs, perform screenings, phlebotomy, EKGs, and administer injections under supervision.
• Administrative & front-office tasks: schedule appointments, obtain reports, and maintain chart preparation.
