Novus Group is seeking a Senior Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for an outpatient specialty clinic in Hummelstown, PA. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday daylight schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available with a 1-year commitment and a clear career ladder to advance pay and responsibilities. Starting base pay ranges from $19.41 to $21.85 per hour, with potential progression up to $29.15 per hour based on performance and tenure.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with MA certification or equivalent required
• Active national Medical Assistant certification required
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, EKG, vitals, and basic lab testing
• Ability to travel up to 25% to affiliate sites when needed

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, take vitals, collect histories, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, basic labs and vaccines.
• Prepare, clean and sanitize exam rooms and instruments; maintain infection control.
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, and medical chart documentation in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Assist with front-office triage and obtain lab/diagnostic reports as needed.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance with OSHA, CLIA, PA Dept. of Health.
