Job summary

ClaroWorks Product Development in the Seattle area is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer for on-site work in Everett, WA. You will design, analyze, prototype, and validate mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production support, updating CAD models and drawings, performing calculations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong grounding in mechanical engineering, CAD proficiency (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA), and experience with

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with mechanism design and DFM.
Proficiency in CAD tools for 3D modeling and 2D drawings (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA).
Experience with prototyping, testing, and working with machine shops or fabrication partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, develop, and build mechanical components and assemblies from concept through prototyping and validation.
Create and update CAD models and drawings; perform design calculations.
Support machine design activities and coordinate with vendors and fabrication partners.
Document design decisions and project progress; participate in planning and cross-functional collaboration.
