You will lead design from SOW through prototyping, perform rigorous load analyses, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deploy hardware on production lines. Expect ownership of end-to-end mechanical design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience.
• Hands-on aerospace robotics or automation background.
• Advanced SolidWorks with complex assemblies.
• Rigorous GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and DFM knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate SOWs into design objectives and prototypes.
• Perform first-principles load analysis and trade studies.
• Take concepts to prototyping and TRL for factory deployment.
• Create 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks.
• Lead prototyping, testing, and validation on real hardware.
