Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations is seeking a Superintendent to deliver successful mechanical installation projects and lead on-site administration and technical management across construction phases.

The role emphasizes driving profitability through field performance, coordinating with in-house and external partners, and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards. Evening shift from 5:00 pm to 3:00 am is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred; equivalent field/leadership experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in mechanical construction.
• Experience assisting with project management or field leadership.
• Ability to work evenings (5:00 pm–3:00 am).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods/equipment.
• Build relationships with project team and outside partners; provide leadership.
• Responsible for project profitability through field performance and site expenditures.
• Assess risk factors to meet safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Complete paperwork, digitally on internal workflows.
