• Field experience in construction management, mechanical systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working on mechanical construction projects.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and overseeing mechanical construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
• Supervise field crews, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to mechanical construction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
