Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site mechanical installation projects across multiple states.

You will provide administrative and technical field management, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality while driving project profitability. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science Management or related field and at least 5 years of mechanical construction experience; ability to work evenings (5:00pm–3:00am) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science Management or equivalent; mechanical field and leadership experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in mechanical construction; experience in project management or field leadership preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings from roughly 5:00pm to 3:00am.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment.
• Build relationships with the project team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Responsible for project profitability through field performance and site expenditures.
• Assess risk factors, ensuring safety, schedule and quality expectations.
• Complete paperwork, digitally via internal workflows.
