Job summary

Intech Mechanical is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers and field teams in Roseville, CA. The role involves planning, organizing, and tracking mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with on-site collaboration and safety focus.

You will maintain schedules, coordinate subcontractors, prepare RFIs/submittals/change orders, and help monitor budgets and costs while working with Engineering, VDC, and fabrication teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
• Experience in construction project management, preferably with mechanical/plumbing/building systems.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools; able to support planning, execution, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare/update RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, VDC and fabrication to align project requirements.
• Assist with procurement, logistics, and issue resolution on the job site.
