Job summary

CORE Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination on commercial construction projects in Roseville, CA. You will ensure MEP scopes are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards, working closely with pre-construction, project teams, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MEP coordination within construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and coordination models.
• Familiarity with local codes and industry standards.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar coordination software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation of MEP systems across project phases.
• Review drawings, plans, specs, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Attend MEP trade partner interviews and descopes as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on MEP progress, risks, and issues.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor MEP work quality and safety.
