Qualifications

• Previous MDS experience required.
• Active LPN license in state of practice.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility Medicare and Managed Care residents per directives of the Resident Assessment Director.
• Coordinate admission to discharge assessments and OBRA related duties.
• Contribute as a key financial and clinical member of the management team.
