Job summary

JPI Employment Services, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Field Materials Specialist to support on-site operations, coordinate material flow, receive, stage, and track construction materials in real time. You will work with superintendents and crews, coordinate deliveries with vendors, and maintain logs and inventory records while promoting safe material handling and efficient staging.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• 3+ years in a field construction setting.
• Proven experience in receiving, staging, and distributing materials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, receive, stage and track construction materials on site.
• Support field operations and crews to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and vendors, escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records.
• Ensure safe material handling and proper storage.
