Job summary

ENFRA is hiring an Expediter at our West Memphis, AR site to support the jobsite team by organizing and planning materials and supplies to boost production. You will coordinate deliveries, inspect materials, and maintain inventory while ensuring timely restocking and communication with the Superintendent.

The role requires forklift experience, knowledge of plumbing materials, and strong organizational skills to operate in a fast-paced industrial environment. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing material, equipment, and tools.
• Ability and experience driving a forklift.
• Knowledge of supply operations, sequence and flow.
• Organizational and self-motivation.
• Material handling and yard lay-down.
• Understanding materials (cast iron, PVC, copper, Pex).
• Timely order pulling and deliveries.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills fuel cans for job and fuel jobsite equipment.
• Delivery of water coolers.
• Cleans water coolers and displays date.
• Schedules delivery of tools and equipment with Superintendent.
• Checks material delivery for discrepancies and notifies PM/Superintendent.
• Communicates material status including backorders to Superintendent.
• Verifies received materials against orders for discrepancies or damage.
• Tags materials sent to field with Area, Name and Date.
• Maintains storage areas and inventory levels.
• Keeps bottle refills coordinated with Project Manager.
• Inspects tools before they go out to the jobsite.
• Returns unused materials to vendor when appropriate.
• Submits inventory reports to Project Manager.
• Checks and verifies rented equipment with vendors.
