Job summary

Manticore Marketing in Pocatello, ID is seeking a Project Manager to run 10–20 website, content, social and ad-launch projects from kickoff to finish, own the client relationship, and ensure deliverables hit deadlines and client expectations.

You will work closely with designers, developers, photographers, and marketers to turn ideas into revenue-driving products, maintain client communication, and uphold project quality.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to be the face of Manticore to clients.
• Ability to manage 10–20 projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Comfort owning client communications and staying connected post-launch.
• Interest or background in marketing (websites, content, social media, paid ads).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet).
• Familiarity with CRM and PM tools like HubSpot and Basecamp (training provided).
• Strong problem-solving skills with pragmatic fixes.
• Professional, extroverted presence in meetings and client calls.
• In-person in Pocatello is required; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own client communications from kickoff through delivery and beyond; run status calls and collect feedback.
• Manage 10–20 active projects; create and own plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables.
• Kickoff to launch: gather assets, scope work, schedule shoots, coordinate reviews.
• Lead onboarding and handoffs to ensure value is delivered quickly.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with designers, developers, photographers, and content creators.
• Produce timely status updates for clients and internal stakeholders; surface risks.
• Track changes and manage scope with client approvals.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and perform QA checks.
• Attend occasional client events or networking; represent Manticore professionally.
• Develop SOPs and templates to scale the team.
