Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and maintain proactive client communication.
Lead status calls, capture decisions, and translate goals into briefs for teams.
Scope, schedule, and coordinate cross-discipline project work across design, dev, content.
Manage project plans, track issues, and flag resource needs.
Monitor quality through QA, reviews, and content checks; ensure on-time delivery.
Support renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities with internal teams.
Mentor peers and promote clear, consistent internal communication.
Own billing coordination and ensure accurate time tracking for invoicing.
