Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts in Florida seeks an In-House Marketing Representative to generate on-site tours at check-in and during promotional events. You will engage owners and guests, book tours with the in-house department, and provide concierge services at check-in and by phone.

This role emphasizes face-to-face interaction, teamwork with the in-house team, data entry into SPI systems for tour arrival reports, and hosting events such as breakfasts or cocktail evenings for owners and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively deal with people and situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Type 30+ words per minute.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Responsibilities

• Represent sales/marketing at check-in on Saturday and Sunday.
• Book owners and guests at check-in for a timeshare tour with our in-house department.
• Book owner leads for Bounce Back packages and road shows through face-to-face interaction and by phone.
• Provide concierge services to owners and guests at check-in and via telephone.
• Assist owners and guests with issues by referring information to engineering and owner services.
• Enter all booking data into SPI for generating tour arrival reports.
• Plan, host and/or attend events throughout the week such as a breakfast, BBQ, cocktail party, orientations.
