Wastequip, LLC is seeking an on-site Graphic Designer to craft compelling print and digital marketing materials, from brochures and signage to digital assets and sales presentations.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to communicate product value while upholding brand standards across multiple brands and channels. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 1-4 years of professional graphic design or marketing design experience.
• Experience creating marketing materials for B2B, industrial, manufacturing, construction, transportation, environmental services, heavy equipment, or other technical industries.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials for print and digital channels, including: Brochures, flyers, signage, and other customer-facing materials.
• Prepare production-ready files for commercial printing and digital publication.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and marketing files.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product management teams to develop creative solutions that communicate product value and support business objectives.
• Develop creative assets that maintain brand standards across multiple brands and channels.
