Techtronic Industries (Milwaukee Tool) is seeking an onsite Graphic Design Manager in Menomonee Falls, WI to lead creative design initiatives that strengthen brand voice and improve customer experiences. You will manage a team, guide end-to-end digital design workflows, and help evolve technology and processes to increase efficiency and impact.

Formación

• 7–10 years of professional graphic design experience with leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography and color theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of After Effects, asset management, and PM software.
• Experience with AI/automation tools and end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to analyze market and customer insights.
