Job summary

Wastequip is seeking an on-site Graphic Designer to create compelling print and digital materials across multiple brands. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to communicate product value and maintain brand consistency.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and a solid foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of professional graphic design or marketing design experience.
• Experience creating marketing materials for B2B, industrial, manufacturing, construction, transportation, environmental services, heavy equipment, or other technical industries.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience producing both print and digital marketing assets.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while delivering creative and effective marketing materials.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
