Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a Field Service Technician II to deliver on-site marine service for Disney's rental fleet in Lake Buena Vista, FL. You will diagnose engine performance, rigging, and controls to keep boats show-ready and safe.

You will work with a team of technicians, receive requests via multiple channels, and perform dockside maintenance, reporting via service logs. The role requires 2–4 years of repair experience and ability to work weekends on a 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years servicing outboards, stern drives, rigging, and boat repair.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests from Marina staff in person, over the phone, or via email regarding boat status to understand and prioritize current needs.
• Provide on-site marine service at assigned customer locations.
• Provide service dockside or at a maintenance facility.
• Work under tight deadlines to ensure boats are ready at rental time.
• Diagnose engine performance, rigging, controls, and gauges, using test equipment and laptop diagnostic software.
• Provide maintenance services to Mercury products and related boat hardware to factory specifications.
• Keep detailed Service Logs.
• Safely and properly operate equipment (i.e., trucks, tractors, trailers, and boats) to perform boat and engine rigging, de-rigging, and boat launching and removal.
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Work weekend day(s) as part of a 5-day schedule and able to rotate days off as schedule changes.
