Brunswick is seeking a skilled on-site marine technician to service our rental and work fleets at Disney property in Lake Buena Vista. You'll diagnose engines, rigging, and controls, perform maintenance to Mercury products, and ensure boats are show-ready for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years servicing outboards, stern drives, rigging, and boat repair.
• Diagnose and repair marine engines, drive, rigging, controls.
• Computer literacy with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive marina requests to assess needs.
• Provide on-site marine service at customer locations.
• Service dockside or at maintenance facility.
• Meet deadlines to have boats ready for rental.
• Diagnose engine performance and rigging with diagnostic tools.
• Maintain detailed service logs.
• Operate equipment safely during rigging and launching.
• Keep work area neat; weekend shifts.
