Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Rock Hill, SC seeks a competent technician to troubleshoot machines, perform product audits, and support testing and rework within a safety-conscious environment. You will identify root causes, communicate corrective actions, and train operators to improve line efficiency.

Requires strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and 2–4 years assembly experience. On-site role with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shooting of machines, identify root causes and report results for corrective action.
• Support testing and rework in case of no trouble shooting needed; assist operators.
• Perform product audits for all lines and communicate findings for improvements.
• Maintain safety procedures and participate in 5's to keep the workplace neat and safe.
• Coordinate with supervisors/line leads to address recurring issues and training needs.
• Assist test operators and provide training when required.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the team.
