Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Strong math, computer, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and perform tests to guarantee specifications.
• Support production to meet customer quality requirements.
• Document non-conformances and drive root-cause improvements.
• Collaborate with team to update work instructions.
