Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a hands-on technician to analyze and troubleshoot issues in test booths, driving root-cause identification and improvements in line efficiency. You will lead audits, support rework, and train operators while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Quality and Production teams, applying 5S practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. On-site work in Rock Hill, SC is required.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot machines and identify root causes across assembly, programming, and supplier quality.
• Report risks and incidents on time; participate in safety and kaizen activities.
• Maintain list of machines needing troubleshooting and actions taken for future training.
• Support testing and rework in the test booth and assist operators as needed.
• Conduct product audits for all lines and report findings to production.
• Promote SHE procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
