Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English and understand safety rules.
• Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating site T&D activities in manufacturing.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Springfield training initiatives and TPM training processes.
• Manage full training experience from onboarding through qualification.
• Support new-hire orientation and onboarding training activities.
• Maintain training records, skills matrices, and LMS data.
• Track training hours, progress, and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Conduct classroom, hands-on, and web-based training; remove barriers.
• Develop action plans for additional support or requalification.
• Update training plans and materials for new equipment or changes.
• Maintain training materials including standard work and PowerPoint slides.
• Ensure audit readiness with proper documentation of training completion.
• Use SAP, Talent Center, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook for tracking.
• Promote safe work practices and support injury-free workplace.
• Adjust schedules or support alternate shifts as needed.
