• Develop and maintain standard work and other documentation.
• Assess program effectiveness and identify future training needs.

Skills

Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong understanding of plant manufacturing processes

Strong written communication skills

Presentation skills

Ability to multi-task

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality, Human Resource Management, Education, or Business
