Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years in manufacturing, production, or technical role.
• Able to recognize process problems and escalate appropriately.
• On-site work in Chandler, AZ with potential overtime.

Aufgaben

• Verify production tooling is available, in good condition, and calibrated.
• Coordinate tooling inventory, repairs, and calibration activities.
• Assist Engineers with tooling/fixture design and implementation.
• Update and train operators on manufacturing instructions and standard work.
• Support Lean, Kaizen and other continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze production data, summarize findings for engineers.
• Generate work orders and support pre-production builds and readiness reviews.
