Job summary

Quest Global seeks a Site Readiness Lead to assess, prepare, and monitor manufacturing site readiness across customer locations. You will lead cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions before they affect delivery, quality, or capacity performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 7–10+ years in manufacturing operations or capacity planning.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, SIOP or capacity planning.
Strong project management and influencing skills to guide cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, factory physics, capacity simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct site readiness assessments at customer manufacturing locations.
Evaluate production capacity, labor availability, equipment readiness, and process capability.
Lead capacity planning reviews and readiness analyses across supported sites.
Integrate digital twin outputs, MES data, labor modeling, and process insights into readiness decisions.
Prepare readiness assessment reports and executive summaries.
Communicate site status, risks, and recovery plans to leadership.
