The position offers a strong emphasis on GD&T, APQP, PPAP, and Six Sigma tools, with hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2–5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
• Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 quality systems and core tools.
• Hands-on problem solving and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Quality management: ensure IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP compliance.
• Dimensional engineering: GD&T analysis and 3D measurement.
• Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) for quality issues.
• Support metrology, SPC, and MSA studies; optimize measurement systems.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma to reduce scrap and variation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, tooling, and customers to resolve nonconformities.
• Mentor junior teammates in quality tools and practices.
• Apply GD&T, AIAG core tools, and metrology software proficiently.
